Momma — this is Diane from the Bank in Birmingham. I cannot believe that Cathy is gone. We just talked on Wednesday. My thoughts and prayers are with you == my arms would be around you if I could be there. Rest assured we will look after the cat and “Big Girl”. If you need me for anything, call me (205) 401-9672. You know Cathy was like family (i.e. Eunice and Mama). I love you.

My thoughts, prayers and much love are with each and every family member. Living next door to and growing up with Cathy was a pure joy and blessing in my life. Many times we sat on “the wall” and would talk forever. We caught lightning bugs, went skating, rode bicycles, went to church and did a lot of things together. Cathy had a very sweet, kind and gentle spirit. Her heart was too big to even measure. Rest in peace my dear sweet friend.

    I love you!

My condolences to the family. Sending prayers of strength to the your family during your time of grief. I had the honor of working with Cathy for many years at Regions bank. Cathy was a just wonderful person and a joy to know down through the years. Upon hear the news of her passing tears immediately came to my eyes, one of the good ones had gone home.
Words fail to express the deep sadness felt upon hearing of her sudden and untimely passing. The world has lost one of those people you really enjoyed seeing coming your way. The type of person you really enjoyed spending a moment or two speaking with during your day. Know that Cathy made the world brighter and she made difference by just being herself.

My continued prayers are with you all and may time and the Lord help you heal.
