Allan, David and Family: Anita worked with me when she first started to work in State government. Anita was one of the best co-worker that I have ever had. She never had anything bad to say about anybody. Often she would crack me up when she talked about hearing Carline’s Family sing and the one time she had the sprit and broke out singing too. She told me she may have sounded bad, but, she was filing good.

May God continue to bless you and all the family as he has in keeping her with you for as long as he did. God bless all of you.

Anita Daniels has been a friend of mine from afar since she served as a reliable and capable secretary for me and two other lawyers in the Office of Legal Counsel of the Tennessee Department of Mental Health & Mental Retardation in the early 1980’s. Anita had a good mind and a big heart. Her family has my condolences as they bear this loss.
    In peace, Gray

I had the privilege of caring for Ms. Anita for almost a year. She was more than a patient, more than a job. She became my friend, a grandmother figure. She was extremely intelligent and I learned a lot from her. She loved deeply, always had a smile on her sweet face. She loved God, her children, her family and her best friend, Miss Carline. She was different. Always a funny story, always a smile and never a morning went by that she didn’t tell me I was wonderful or how beautiful my eyes were. She made me laugh and at times cry. She was definitely one in a billion as there will never and could never be another like her in my lifetime. She will be missed tremendously by so many. She was loved. I know I’m a better person having had the honor to know, love and care for such a kind soul. My condolences go out to all that has lost this precious angel. May we all rejoice in knowing she made it and she is free. My love and prayers to all.
