I wanted to express my deepest sympathy at this time in your life. My dad passed away about 22 years ago and I still miss him. Dwayne kept me updated on your father and it reminded me of when my dad passed. We sat and waited for 4 days. It was the hardest thing I had ever done, so I understand completely. I felt like the world should just stop, but it doesn’t, it just keeps going. Crazy, isn’t it. I know my husband and I didn’t know how we would continue without his advice, but somehow we have. You will find the strength too, to carry on. I guess God just makes us that way. Take care of yourself and your mom, as it is easy to forget to do that. The Bowie Color Guard also wants to let you know how sorry they are for your loss. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. Diana Curtis’s mom

David, I am sorry for the loss of your Dad. I will be thinking of you and your family, I was concerned about your family because of the flood and ironically found the obituary. Take Care Love, Danielle Bates Fields

    David and family,

It’s been so many years since I have seen all of you, but I have a permanent memory of your daddy and mama, your house on Harrow Drive, and all the silliness we got up to as kids. I am so sorry for your loss, and I pray the peace of Christ will be with all of you now to comfort you. I have been praying and thinking of all of you in the hopes that you have not also been affected by the flooding. God be with you.
