Charles Stanton “Chuck” Newton – Age 61, passed away January 19, 2020 in Charlotte, TN.

Mr. Newton is survived by his daughter, Stacy Swaner (Tommy); son, Charles Newton; daughter, Dana Jenkins; brother, Leslie Lindsay; sister, Rhonda Lindsay; grandchildren, Kari Jenkins, Amber Jenkins, Katelynn Swaner, Mika Jenkins, James Jenkins, Charlie Newton, Chloe Worley, Aubrey Worley, William Newton; great-granddaughter, Haven Jenkins.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 23, 2020 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Rev. Jamie Allen officiating. Burial to follow at Harpeth Hill Memory Gardens.

Visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. & on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a.m. at West Harpeth Funeral Home.

    Dearest uncle, you were a huge part of my childhood and such a fun person to be around while I was growing up. I just know God has his hands full up there right now watching two crazy brothers reunite. Hug my dad for me until I can get there and do it myself.

    Saddened to hear the passing of ,Charles. Knew him & his whole family since very young boy living on Bull Run Rd. His family moved W. Nashville & not long my family followed along. I remember when him & Vickie Married. They were the best Couple that Truly loved one another.My heart goes out to the Family & all those that knew him. RIP Brother.

    Charles, we still had alot to do, but as we all know the Lord usually takes the great ones for other reasons Way to soon my friend.I will always cherish the time we had good and bad Dad.You will definitely be missed and loved everyday. I’m pretty much speechless but I love you very much and I will see you again. Very glad to have had you in my life, rest peacefully my friend.
