Preceded in death by his wife, Ann Jennette; son, Steven Jennette.

Survived by children, Mike (Dottie) Jennette, Bruzzer (Nancy) Jennette, Lucy Gillam; grandchildren, April Dimond, Jason Jennette, Tonya Goforth, Crystal Daniel, Kelly Jennette, Stephanie Dyson and Dawn Womack; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers, Buddy Jennette, Tony Jennette, Timmy Jennette; sisters, Sally Owens, Tootsie Bagsby.

The service will be 1 p.m., Thursday, May 14, 2015 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Randy Clark officiating. Interment will follow at Jennette Family Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jason Jennette, Andy Dyson, Eric Anderton, Derek Daniel, John Isaac and Stephen Goforth.

Visitation will be Wednesday 4-8 p.m. and Thursday 9 a.m. until service time at WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME 6962 Charlotte Pike 615-352-9400 www.westharpethfh.com

    I am so sorry for the loss of my Uncle Botley. He was truly a great man. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family, as I know he will be greatly missed.
