Felipe was a remarkable person in which we had the great pleasure of knowing. He had a very kind and gentle soul. His talent and achievements were beyond extraordinary. If I had a flower for every time I thought of him, I could walk in a garden forever! For us, we are left deeply saddened, but there will be no goodbyes since he will always be in our hearts.

When I think of Felipe I am reminded of a favorite verse in the Bible when Jesus explained the way in which we should conduct ourselves. Luke 14:11. “For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled and for all those who humble themselves will be exalted”. Felipe was a shining example of love and humility. He cared for others without having to have the spotlight on himself. He is surely exalted and is now dancing with the angels.

Felipe had a way to make you smile and laugh … and always the consummate gentleman — so gracious and kind with a special touch of humor mixed in. Although we didn’t see you often, you hold a special place in our hearts. We know you are singin’, dancing’ and entertaining everyone … wherever you are now. Your energy was contagious. Missing you. Love, Val & Jim

Felipe was a wonderful brother and was always there when I needed him. We were always ready to play music together. We played music together on some of his shows which was an amazing experience. I even sang at his wedding. I will miss him greatly and hated to see him go! Rosie and I send our condolences and he will be in our hearts forever!
