Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Fred was our first customer of the day at City Cafe on most days. We always joked and laughed while he was waiting for his order. He made a point of speaking to us everyday and always put a smile on our face to match his own. Fred will be greatly missed by all who knew him!
