Gary “Rambo” Armstrong- Age 70, passed away September 19, 2018. Preceded in death by his wife, Bebe; father William; his sister, Brenda; brothers, Tommy and Glenn.

He is survived by his mother, Hazel; sons, Gary Jr. (Kim) and John (Terri) ; daughter, Jennifer (Adam); 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; special friend, Gilbert.

Gary retired from Wendell Smiths after 40 years of service.

A Celebration of Gary’s life will be held on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 6:00pm, at West Harpeth Funeral Home on Charlotte. Visitation will be Tuesday from 3:00pm until the service time at West Harpeth Funeral Home.

    I am so very sorry to hear of Gary’s passing. I love you all and you are in my thoughts and prayers. I consider you all my family especially since Aunt Clara helped raise my Daddy. Much love to you all. He was a wonderful man and will be missed by everyone.

    I was so sorry to read of Gary’s passing. He always put very uplifting things on facebook.I went to school at Cohn High
    with Gary. God bless you and keep you through this very sad time.
