Words can’t express how much I loved this man! I love his wife Alice too. I was a caregiver for about two years. They are like family to me. They have both touched my life in many ways. I am forever grateful for the many memories I have with Mr. & Mrs. McLaughlin. We shared many happy memories and had lots of laughs together. I am so thankful the Lord put such wonderful and kind people in my life. Truly amazing! Mr. McLaughlin & the huge smile and jokes he always greeted me with will be missed so much! RIP “Dad”. You will live on in my heart for forever. ♡♡

Uncle Jim, I will miss you. James McLaughlin was such a sweet soul. Life was always better when the McLaughlins got together, what fun those family reunions were. Because of you and your sisters I learned how special the love of family is. Your smile, your wonderful slow southern drawl and the love I always felt from you, that’s what I will hold in my heart forever!
