Lisa Ann Sexton- Age 57, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 4, 2019.

She is survived by her sons, Jonathan and Zachary Sexton; her parents, Kenneth and Gladys Phillips; brother, David (Linda) Phillips; numerous extended family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Wayne Phillips.
Lisa was a registered nurse with Baptist Hospital for over 20 years.

A Celebration of Lisa’s life will be on Monday, September 9, 2019, at 7PM, at West Harpeth Funeral Home on Charlotte with Brother Mike Shelton officiating. Interment will be in the family plot on Tuesday in Sardis, MS.

Visitation with the family will be on Monday from 4PM until the service time at 7PM, at West Harpeth Funeral Home.

    For a period of time, Lisa worked on my nursing unit at Baptist. She was a very caring nurse to her patients. She always had that big smile when you met her. She will be missed by all who knew her.

    I send my prayers and condolences to Lisa’s sons and family. I was so sad to hear this loss of Lisa. We always visited while walking our dogs. I loved Chloe and will miss Lisa so much. I am a retired nurse and we had lots to chat about. She was such a sweet person. Blessings to all her family during such a difficult time.

    So very sad to hear of Lisa’s passing. I would see her out with Chloe when I was walking and we would talk. Such a lovely, lovely person. I know she is safe in the arms of Jesus.
