Mrs. Mai Bell White- Age 96, passed away Monday, January 16, 2017. She is preceded in death by her husband, Willie White; son, Edward Bates and step sons, Danny and Donny White.

She is survived by her children, Carl (Florence) Bates and June (Thomas) Rowell; step children, Glenda (Fred) Hinde, Ronald (Cathy) White and James (Connie) White; 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be on Wednesday, January 18, 2017, at 10:00am, at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Brother Dave Werner officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Garden of Time.

Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4:00pm until 7:00pm, and on Wednesday from 9:00am until the service time at 10:00am at West Harpeth Funeral Home.

    Dear June, Although I did not have the pleasure to meet your Mom, I feel sure she was something special to have raised such a great daughter like you. I will not be in town so I will not be able to make the funeral. That don’t stop me from keeping you in my prayers. Wigger

    We will all miss u Aunt Mai Bell. I will always remember your laughter an your smile always . U was always a great aunt an a beautiful person inside an out. Now u are with the rest of the family an no more pain.I love u very much an wish I cpuld be there but cant .U will always be in my heart .R.I.P.Aunt Mai Bell My thoughts an prayers are with all the family

    Was just thinking about you Granny the pink and white lily opened up and made me smile and how much I missing you I love you may be gone for now but never forgotten see you one day

    I went camping with the White with friends in the Scottie Camping Group. I have many fond memories of Mrs. White. I am sorry for your loss.
