I remember Tiger from high school,he was a little older than I was,and I always thought he was so cute.I also remember him hanging around Jack’s market on Murphy Rd.I just asked around 2 weeks ago if anyone had heard from him.I’m so sorry for your loss.He isn’t suffering any more.

I have so many memories of days gone by with Tiger. We were good friends and even entered the military together. As a child I considered him to be the best model car builder I knew. I was always impressed by his patience and attention to detail when he was working on a model.

Most probably don’t know this but I was one the 3 people who decided his nickname would be Tiger. We were all baseball fans as young boys and while hanging around McCabe Park we had a habit of tagging everyone with a particular name. Well when we learned that Tiger was from the Detroit area, we immediately tagged him as a Detroit Tiger fan, i.e., “Tiger”.

I will always think of you as I always have; a great childhood friend and someone who contributed to the enormous book of memories I have of our childhood. God welcomes you into his arms and I have lost a friend.
