Joyce, I am so sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine the pain of losing a child. Only God can heal your broken heart.

I lost my Bobby at Christmastime. It is a very hard time to lose someone you love. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. May God hold you tightly in his arms and bring you comfort.

If there is ANYTHING I can do, please don’t hesitate to call or email me.

Jeff was a very special person to me. We had so many memories and special times together. Some of the highlights of my life were with him. These are some of the times that I will never forget: laughing so hard that I was begging him to “shut up” so I could catch a breath and grab a tissue, smoking at night on my roof outside my bedroom window, watching fireworks on my rooftop while passionately kissing then my neighbor telling me that she saw my daughter up on the roof kissing- imagine my pleasure in telling her it was ME!, special moments just between us on Sewanee Mountain and All Saints Chapel that was a special place for us, and it was the last drive that we took together, our beach trip where we played like children under the sun and slow danced under the moonlight. I will forever keep these memories safe in my soul right with Jeff’s precious memories.
