    J. Leland and family, please know that we are right there with you in spirit and love as you and all the family gather around this very important time in your lives as your Mother departs for her much needed rest and eternity. Really, there are no words to describe how precious your ‘mom’ has been in our lives for 40 years. Her love and example will continue to be an important part of our lives until we join her again. Much love and many hugs to you from us both, David and Kaye

Saddened to read of Mrs Dugger’s passing. I still, to this day, brag to friends of just how much I learned in her latin class at Bellevue High. I regret never having shared that with her. May she rest in peace and rejoice in her much deserved heavenly eternity. Condolences to all and be proud of her legacy. Shirley (Gray) Shrader, Class of 1967
