Rachel Polk Davenport was born May 31, 1988 and departed this life on April 12, 2015. For her young 26 years, Rachel was such an amazing woman in that she touched the lives of all who knew her. She was many things, a loving mother, wife, daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and friend. God graced all of us with Rachel’s loving spirit until He decided to call her home to be with Him.
