Sandra Compton went to be with the Lord on January 4, 2017.  Sandra loved her family very much. Her hobbies included, cooking, reading, watching movies, and loving her dear pets. Sandra is survived by her daughter, Christie (Ron) Stewart; grandchild, Eric Stewart; and numerous cousins. The family would also like to extend great thanks and gratitude to the friends and caregivers at Vantage Pointe Village.  Visitation will be Sunday, January 8, 2017 from12:00pm until 3:00pm. A Celebration of Life will follow at 3:00pm at West Harpeth Funeral Home.  An inurnment will take place at Middle TN Veterans Cemetery at a later date.

    Sandra & I carpooled together some to work at BellSouth when I lived in West Nashville. She was always a good friend with a smile & a laugh always at hand. I’ve already been missing her ! Prayers for the family.

    Such a great loss for us all. She was the most patient, kindest and sweet person that I knew in my early BellSouth years. She had a great laugh and a beautiful smile. I miss her and have missed her for a long time.
