Tommy was a wonderful person and very caring person. He was involved with the Senior Renaissance Center’s programs for years. If he wasn’t on-site, he was out helping other seniors with doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions and visiting the sick. Tommy, his infectious smile and personality will be missed. Lots of prayers being sent to Mary and the family.

Mr. Tommy and Ms. Mary were the epitome of what everyone should be in Christ. They loved each other with an undying love that was so obvious. I loved spending time with them as a new Christian because they loved on me and taught me so much about the Lord. Gail was responsible for inviting me to Park Avenue where I surrendered my life to Christ. I will never be able to thank her enough. I worked with Mr. Tommy at NES and he was always a sweetheart there too. He will be dearly missed but I know we will all be with him again in glory! I’m looking forward to it!

We have known Tommy and Mary for many years. It is hard to talk about one, without talking about the other. Tommy and Mary were such caring people. We had the privilege of visiting them in their home a few months ago. Looking back, we did not know how important that visit would be. I know Mary, will continue to carry the torch for helping and caring for others. We will miss you Tommy, our friend.

We met Mary and Tommy at church when Mary brought her special gust I have forgotten his name that she keep in a box. Such a treat when we listened to her talk to her doll. I talked to her afterward and she and Tommy were the sweetest couple that I have ever met. They were touched by the Lord . That was a few years ago , and I haven’t seen them lately but I have always been fond of both of them. We are praying for Mary and her and his family with all our heart. 23. Liz Sharpe says:

Tommy was my precious brother. He and Mary took me into there home to live when I was in the seventh grade. They taught me about the Lord and to always have faith in him. Also Tommy’s work ethics, taught me that if you wanted anything you better work for it. They had the most beautiful three Children that I was lucky enough to help raise. I loved that part of my life. Then I made one of my own using as much as I could that was taught to me by Tommy and Mary. Thay were my love, my life. I could never repay what they taught me but I tried. I pray I made them happy. I know Gaill, Tommy jr, &Steve sure made me happy and gave me plenty of reasoms to be happy. Bitter sweet memories. RIp Tommy we will all be with you again. Love your sister Liz
