WAGNER, Cecil R.- Age 78, Bon Aqua, December 26, 2011. Survived by his wife, Nancy Wagner; children, Julia Leary Brian, Diana Turner Terry and Kurt Wagner Tracy; Grandchildren, Erica and Erin Leary, Alec and Seth Wagner. He was a lifetime member of the NRA. The life celebration service will be at 12 noon on Friday, December 30, 2011 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
