Survived by wife, Billie Ann Parker; daughters, Karen (Bob) Gold, of Honolulu, Hawaii; Nancy (Chris) Starr, of Newark, DE; Nita (Jim) Shriver, of Houston, TX; and Leslie Hoekstra, of Houston, TX; 9 grandchildren. There will be a private family service held at a later date.
