Barbara Payne Garland- Born February 2, 1940, passed away November 15, 2016.
She is survived by her daughter, Deborah (Steve) Williams; grandchildren, Amanda (Josh) Fowler, Audra (Justin) Fowler, and Stephen Williams; great granddaughters, Dorothy, Madison, Kathleen, and Charlotte Fowler.
She is preceded in death by her husbands, Larry Garland and father of Deborah, Bobby Worrall, Jr.
A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, December 3, 2016, from 1:30pm until the service time at 3:00pm, at Charlotte Road Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Appalachian Christmas Ministry C/O Charlotte Road Baptist Church, 7511 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37209.
