Bobby Ray Deal

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Bobby Ray Deal, age 78, of Brentwood, Tennessee. Born on January 27, 1946, Bobby was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and son, whose kindness touched all who knew him.

Bobby is survived by his beloved wife, Joyce Deal, with whom he shared many cherished years. He was a proud father to his son, Jeff Deal, daughter- in-law, Pamela Deal; and stepdaughter, Angela Hunt-Taylor. His legacy continues through his grandchildren, Andrew, William, Michael, Rodney, London, and Kingston, and his twin great-granddaughters, Auden and Dolly, all of whom brought him immense joy.

Bobby's loyal family also includes his sister, Cheryl, and his brothers, Allen, Jimmy, David, and Gerald. He was a beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews who will remember his generous spirit and the love he always shared.

Bobby’s life was one of dedication to family and friends, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service honoring his memory will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at West Harpeth Funeral Home in Nashville. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by the service at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Dickson Memorial Gardens will follow the service.
