Age 50, passed away on June 20, 2017. Buddy is preceded in death by grandparents, John and Effie Barnes; grandmother, Hazel Morton; Brandie's mother, Gina LaRue.

Survived by daughter, Brandie (Cory) Freeman; parents, Sue (Willard) Jones and Buddy, Sr. (Peggy) Nelson; sisters, Lori (John) Phillips and Brandi (Jimmy) Brown; friend, Denisa Pickard, her two sons, Michael Pickard and Johnny Watts; grandson, Wes Watts.

Visitation will be Saturday, June 24, 2017 from 10:00am until the service time at 2:00pm, at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Barnes Cemetery.
