Carlos Coe

82, passed away on November 11, 2017. Carlos was born on March 14, 1935 in Byrdstown, Tennessee. He was a member of Westwood Baptist Church. He was a 39 year employee of the V.A. Hospital in Nashville, and a U.S. Army veteran.

Carlos was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Ruth Coe, his parents; Carlos and Mary Coe, and Brothers Ray and Tom Coe.

Carlos leaves to cherish his memory; son, Jack Richard Coe (Luann), daughters, Patricia Young (Henry) and Rhonda Graham (William). A special son-in-law, Ricky Brooks. Grandchildren; Bradley and Kristy Valentine, Erica (Tad) and Brittany Coe, Shelby Brooks, Caroline Hudson (Dustin), and Joshua and Denali Graham, a great-granddaughter, Kira Coe, and grand puppy, Sweetie Pie. Carlos is also survived by his sister, Mary Allison (Paul), sisters-in-law, Betty Coe and Janet Clark (Kelly), seven Nephews, three nieces, and a host of other relatives.

A celebration of Carlos's life will be conducted by Dr. Robert E. Hammer and John Richardson, at 11:00 am, on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, with burial at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. A time of remembering Carlos, for family and friends, will be on Tuesday, November 14, from 3-8 pm and from 10-11 am on Wednesday, at West Harpeth Funeral Home.
