Carolyn Cantrell

Carolyn Faye Cantrell, of Nashville, passed away on February 21st, 2022, at the age of 75. She was born on February 7th, 1947, to William and Mattie Hunt. She enjoyed gardening, her pets, and her grandchildren. She was of the Baptist faith and loved God with all her being.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents, William and Mattie Hunt; her sister, Sue Tibbs; and her two beloved pets, J.J. and Snooty. She leaves behind her only son, Michael Garmon; her grandson, Andrew Garmon; and her beloved great-grandchildren, Caylee, Aubree, and John M. She also leaves behind her nieces and nephews, close neighbor, Val, and family friend, Reverend Michael D. Joyner.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 28, 2022, at 12:30pm with visitation from 9am to 12:30pm before at West Harpeth Funeral Home. She will then be buried at Harpeth Hills Memorial Gardens after the service at 2pm.
