Martha Carolyn Thompson Taylor - Age 71, went home to be with her Lord on August 20, 2016.

Carolyn is preceded in death by parents, John (Bud) and Pearl Thompson; brothers, Clint, Johnny, Joe Thompson; half-brother, Calvin Rose.

Survived by sisters, Ruby Carter, Margaret (Charles) Gilliam, Jean Parker, Dora (David) Patterson, Marilyn (Paul) Roberts; brothers, Carlos (Sherry) Thompson, David (Debbie) Thompson, Ralph Thompson; many nieces and nephews that adored her; her loving dog, Cindy.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2016 at 1:00pm, at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday from 3:00pm until 8:00pm, and on Wednesday from 10:00am until the service hour West Harpeth Funeral Home.
