Dorothy L. "Dot" Brake - Age 67, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 12, 2019, at her residence in Lebanon, TN.

Dot was known for her smile and will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Randall Brake; children, Shanna (Wendy) Moore, and Timothy (Sonia) Little; grandchildren, Bo Little, Gracie Little, Rashad Williams, Justyce Rhea, and Jaxson King; her sister, June Hall of Texas; and a host of extended family member and friends.

A Celebration of Dot's life will be on Saturday, June 15, 2019, at 12:00pm, at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Travis Tanksley officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of Cross at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.

Visitation with the family will be on Friday, June 14th from 4PM until 8PM, and on Saturday after 10AM at West Harpeth Funeral Home on Charlotte.
