Age 82 years old, passed away on Wednesday, December 9th.

She retired from BellSouth after 32 years.

Preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Ethel Scott, her first husband William (Pee Wee) Leonard who passed away in 1984. Also, by her brother Bobby Scott.

She is survived by her husband, Eddie Vanderpool. Her children Tim (Judie) Leonard, Sherri (Larry) Martin, Sheila (Robert) Brown, six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and her sister Joy Scott.

Frances was born and raised in Gainesboro, TN where she graduated from Jackson County High School in 1956. She moved to Nashville, soon after graduation to attend St. Thomas Nursing School.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, December 13, 2020, at 1PM, at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Hubert Cunningham officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Susan G Komen Foundation.
