Frank Evans- Age 78, passed away June 25, 2019. He is preceded in death by his parents, Milton "Tootie" and Myrtle Evans; his grandson, Trevor Evans; siblings, Kenneth Evans and Dorothy Zimmerlee.

Survived by his wife, Shirley Leach Evans; daughter, Elizabeth (Luis) Alarcon; step children, Tabitha (Darryl) Friar, Sam (Amy) Buttrey, Donna (Rex) Hawkins, Ray (Tammy) Givens and Lois (Robert) Patton; grandchildren, Joshua Hollis, Sarah Weaver, Craig Riggins, and Ryan Buttrey.

Frank retired from the Ford Glass Plant and served in the US Army and an avid Harley rider.

A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, June 29, 2019, at 11:00AM, at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn.
Visitation will be on Friday 4PM-7PM, and Saturday 10AM until the service at 11AM both at West Harpeth on Charlotte.
