Mr. Gerald Compton- Age 72, passed away September 1, 2015, at St. Thomas West Hospital. He is survived by wife, Sandra Compton; daughter, Christie (Ron) Stewart; grandson, Eric Stewart; sisters, Dean Cowsert, Frances Smith, and Hazel McNutt; several nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Gerald loved the outdoors and was an avid Nascar fan. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, September 4, 2015, at 9:00am, at Middle TN Veterans Cemetery with military honors.
