Harold Youree "Butch" Smith, Jr. - Age 72, passed away January 11, 2021 in Nashville, TN.
Mr. Smith is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Judy Campbell Smith; daughter Jennifer Anderson (Eric); grandchildren, Cody Anderson (Kim), Megan Anderson, Allana Anderson; great- grandchildren, Callie Anderson, Lucas Knight, Elliott Anderson and Carson Knight.
Butch was a faithful member of Park Avenue Baptist Church for many years. He retired from the Davidson County Registrar's office in 1994, at which time he became full time "Popa" to his grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Pastor. Patrick Hamilton officiating. Burial to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers include: Eric Anderson, Cody Anderson, Tyler Anderson, Sean Knight, Derrick Anderson, Jeff Campbell, and Mark Campbell. Honorary Pallbearers: Ronny Campbell, Tommy Campbell, Bobby Campbell, Jerry Choat, Terry Harris, and Ken Middleton.
Visitation with the family will be held on Friday from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. & Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. at West Harpeth Funeral Home.
