Harvey Calloway Smith - Age 86, beloved father, grandfather, and great grandfather, who led our family with his wisdom, grit, loyalty, and love, passed away June 14, 2019.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lou Smith; parents, Lois and Edward Smith, brother, Billy Smith and sister, Carol Key.
Survived by daughter, Patty (Tommy) Grones; son, Randy (Beth Pattillo) Smith; grandchildren, Angela (Rhett) Turner, Michael (Beth) Grones, Sam Smith, Meg Smith; great grandchildren, Sarah Grones, Jacob Grones, Eli Grones, Shelby Tuner, and Jack Turner; brothers, Adrian Smith, Phillip Smith, and James Smith.
A Celebration honoring Harvey's life will be on Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at West Harpeth Funeral Home on Charlotte with Rev. David Lay officiating. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be on Monday from 4PM-7PM, and on Tuesday from 10AM until the service time at 11AM, both at West Harpeth Funeral Home, 6962 Charlotte Pike.
