Hazel Marie Womack - Age 79, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, January 25, 2021. She was born on July 26, 1941, in Jackson County, AL.

She is preceded in death by son, Patrick Reese Womack; parents, Curtis & Tweetie Bell Parton; her siblings, Betty Pack, Curtis Joe Parton, Neal Parton, Wanda Parton, Doylene Sargent, Gary Parton, and Rita Sisco.

Marie was a devoted wife to her husband of 58 years, Marion Womack; whom she met at the TN School for the Blind in 6th grade. They were married in Trenton, GA in December of 1962.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughter, Amy (Tyler) Batey; whom she loved and doted on; her sweet grandchildren, Austin Womack, Brooklyn Batey and Brinley Batey; her sister, Peggy Brown, of Pisgah, AL.
Marie and her husband were the owners and operators of Womack's coffee shop at Metro General Hospital and retired in 1998, after 35 years of dedicated service. She was a devote Christian and was so humble, kind, and generous. She was beloved by many.

A Celebration of Life will be on Thursday, January 28, 2021, at 11AM, at West Harpeth Funeral Home on Charlotte. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4PM-7PM, and on Thursday from 10AM until the service time at 11AM, both at West Harpeth Funeral Home (615) 352-9400.
