Jacquelyn L. Ballard, age 80, passed away on February 21, 2015. Jackie was a loving mother, who in her youth was the first woman to sky dive in the state of TN.
Survived by former husband Earl Ballard Sr.; son, Chip Ballard; daughters, Cindy Darby, Mindy (Mike) Van Tassel; grandchildren, Evan and Erica Van Tassel, Miranda Darby; great grandchild, Peyton Campbell.
Celebration of Life will be March 7th, 2015, time and place to be determined.
