It is with deep sadness, I let you know our mother has passed away, peacefully in her sleep....also with gratitude, that she lived to be 99 years old. We don't say 'we lost her', because we know exactly where she is and with a pain free body.

I believe Our Lord and Savior had reserved her seat for all of her life and probably her favorite activity...a choir to join. She so enjoyed singing in The Choir for decades. I trust she is singing with the angels now, much like she did for us, when we were youngsters.

She truly believed in Forever-Love/Forgiveness and would've celebrated her 82nd wedding anniversary next week. She was our "Rock-Mom" and the absolute greatest "Home Engineer" for her children, family and so many friends. She loved calling everyone on their birthdays, to sing 'Happy Birthday'!! We enjoyed many laughs, lots of wisdom and almost endless Bingo games, her last 4 years. She passed-on to new friends, her talents of crocheting, knitting, flower arranging and coloring pictures.

Recently, I heard someone say, 'All Death can do, is to Deliver You to Jesus'.

Mom, We Miss You...You carried your children through life in a Christian home...Now we carry those Memories of You.

I want to Thank You All, for your cards and countless Prayers....she Felt them and knew of them until her last few days.

The family cordially invites relatives and friends to attend the Celebration of Life Service on Thursday, March 26th at twelve o'clock at West Harpeth Funeral Home and Crematory, 6962 Charlottle Pike in Nashville. The committal service will immediately follow via an escorted cortege at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Lane in Nashville.
