Mrs. Janice A. O'Kain- Age 55, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 21, 2015, at Centennial Medical Center. Janice worked for over 20 years with the State of Tennessee. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Barry O'Kain; her sons, James and Phillip Taylor; grandsons, Aiden Taylor and Cole McIntire; brothers, Paul Holeman. A private family service will be held.
