John Arthur Eberle, Sr.
Age, 95, passed away on August 16, 2015.
He was a proud World War II Navy Veteran that was a devoted member of the Westwood Baptist Church on Charlotte Avenue. He was a Master Mason and a 32nd degree Scottish Rite, and belonged to the West Nashville Lodge #612. He was also a member of the Eastern Star, Rock City Chapter. After twenty five years of working at UAW/Ford Nashville Glass Plant, he enjoyed his retirement with his loving family.
Preceded in death by his wife, Maxine Eberle and daughter, Wanda Eberle.
Survived by daughter, Brenda (Joey) Elkins; sons, Ronnie (Margaret) Eberle, Johnnie Eberle, Jr., Dwight Eberle; granddaughters, Michelle (Tim) Montgomery, Jamie (Jeremiah) Williams; grandsons, Johnnie (Marcie) Eberle III; great granddaughters, Kyra Eberle, Jaina Eberle, and Emily Montgomery; great grandsons, Matthew Montgomery and Hayden Stevenson; nephews, Arnold (Donna) Merritt and Charlie (Jo) Merritt.
The service will be at 1:00p.m., Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Brother Bob Hammer and Brother Larry Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be Tuesday 2-7 p.m. with a Masonic service from 7-8 p.m. and Wednesday 11 a.m. until service time.
