Joseph "Jack" Michael Yackow - Age 55, passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2017. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Cyndi Yackow; daughters, Larisa Yackow and Annelise Yackow. He embraced his illness with a positive spirit.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, March 13, 2017, at 11am, at St. Henry Catholic Church with The Reverend John O'Neill, celebrant. Interment will be at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.

Visitation with the family will be on Sunday, March 12, 2017, from 4:00pm until 6:00pm, at St. Henry Church, 6401 Harding Pike, Nashville, TN 37205.
