Joyce Henry

Joyce Ann Henry – Age 67, passed away December 01, 2021, in Nashville, TN.

Mrs. Henry is preceded in death by her parents, Paul Edward Thomas, Elizabeth Logan Johnson; stepfather, Raymond Louis Johnson; daughter, Demetrice Jane Carter; brothers, Billy Wayne Thomas, James Louis Johnson, and sister, Dorothy Jean Woods.

Survived by granddaughter, Dakota Lynn Carter (John); brother, Johnny Thomas (Jackie); sister, Thelma Osborne and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Henry worked for 27 years at Stansel Electric Company and was a faithful member of The Churches of Christ. She loved watching hummingbirds and sitting on her front porch but most of all she was very devoted to her family and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Hubert Cunningham officiating. Burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.

Visitation with the family will be held on Monday from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. & on Tuesday prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at West Harpeth Funeral Home.
