“Daughter Dearest”

Kristie Finch Garn, known affectionately as “Daughter Dearest,” passed away on May 28, 2024, in Nashville, TN at the age of 58.  She was born on March 10, 1966, in Nashville to Joseph Noble Finch and Ginger Dawn Finch.

Kristie graduated 12^th grade from Nashville Christian High School and embarked on a career that included retail and office work at the family business.  She later married Lee Garn and dedicated her time to her marriage, to catering, homemaking, and volunteer work.

She was a devoted member of Westlawn Court Church of Christ in Nashville for over forty years, Kristie found joy in community service and was an avid sports fan.

Kristie will be deeply missed by her father and mother, Joseph Noble Finch and Ginger Dawn Finch of Pegram, TN, husband, Lee Garn, brother, Jospeh Everett Finch ( Sherlynn) of Kingston Springs, TN,  nephew, Jason Clint Finch (Carlie) of Kingston Springs, TN, niece, Holly Sharee McNeely (Clay) of Herford, TX,  uncle, Jack Cravens (Deena) of Murfreesboro, TN, along with a host of relatives, friends, and neighbors.

A service to honor Kristie’s life will be held at 1pm on June 15, 2024, at West Harpeth Funeral Home, 6962 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN.  The family will be receiving friends from 11am until the time of service.
