Kyong "Sunny" Haston

Mrs. Kyong “Sunny” Haston of Nashville, TN passed away November 30, 2023, at the age of 69 years.

She was a seamstress, owning her own business, enjoyed gardening and cooking, and dearly loved her family.  She has always been known for her kindness and generosity toward others in the community.  Mrs. Haston was a strong woman, independent and fearless.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, James Haston and is survived by her 2 daughters, Katherine Haston and Jessica Haston (Rory Mullins); grandchildren, Gabriel and Gavin Lanier, and her mother-in-law, Jessie Haston.

The family will receive friends at West Harpeth Funeral Home 6962 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN on Tuesday, December 5^th between the hours of 4 and 8pm, and again on Wednesday, December 6^th from 9am until the service time at 11am.  Interment will follow the service at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
