Preceded in death by her husband of 41 years Bobby J. Griggs.

Survived by her son: Bobby (Dawn) Griggs Jr. Daughters: Sharon (Dave) Griggs, Christyn M. Jenkins, Connie A. Cook, Shelly (Daniel) Garcia. Granddaughters: Amanda D. Griggs, Jade C. Randolph, Jalin C. Randolph, Autumn L Bradford. Grandsons: Brian K. Sensing (B.B.) Ismael Gonzalez (Izzy). Great-grandsons: Justin Johnson, Jakob Johnson, Carmelo Rodriguez. Sisters: Shirley D. Sensing, Debbie (Ray) Perry, Sarah (Gerald) Coon. Brothers: Lloyd (Betty) Cantrell, Michael (Schwanda) Cantrell, and many nieces, nephews, family, that she loved with all of her heart.

A special thank you to Shirley Sensing and Schwanda Cantrell for taking wonderful care of our sweet mother in her last days.

Service will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Stephen Seymour officiating. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
