WILLOUGHBY, Lula Belle-Age 79 died December 23, 2006. Survived by husband, Charles L. Willoughby; sons, Mark Willoughby Laura, John Willoughby Kim; grandchildren, Amanda, Megan and Matthew; brother, Eddie J. Spicer; sisters, Pauline Hill, Myrtle Lowe. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home with Mike Baker and Josh Barnett officiating. Burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday 4-8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to AGAPE, 4555 Trousdale Dr. Nashville, TN 37204.
