LW Carney- Age 90, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018. He is preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Nellie Carney; parents, Leslie and Izona Carney; sister, Agnes Cotter and brothers, Badger and Douglas Carney.
He is survived by sister, Delores Texeria; daughters, Janet Nicholson (Kay), Brenda Parker (Tommy) and Elaine Jordan; many grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren.
LW was a US Army Veteran and retired after 40 years of service from Nashville Gas-Piedmont.
A Celebration of Life will be on Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at 10:00am, at West Harpeth Funeral Home with interment following at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Family will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm, and on Wednesday from 9:00am until the service time at 10:00am at West Harpeth Funeral Home
