Margaret Cronic

Margaret "Maggie" Deal Cronic, 65, died peacefully at Vanderbilt University Medical Center on Sunday, Feb. 5.

Maggie is survived by her husband, Michael Cronic, son Clay Cronic, brother Bob Deal, sister Jagir Grant, sister-in-law Bonnie Deal, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin Deal and Ann Deol, and brothers, Jim Deal and Chris Deal, all of Nashville, Tenn.

Born March 20, 1951, in Nashville, Maggie was a 1969 graduate of St. Cecelia Academy and was an employee of Vanderbilt University for 25 years.

Visitation is scheduled from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, at Highland Park Church, 5710 Knob Road, 37209, with funeral services to follow. Pastor Dale Roble will officiate. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Maggie's life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Highland Park Church.
