Mike Sadler

Michael (Mike) Douglas Sadler, born November 13, 1949 in Nashville TN and after a battle with cancer died on April 21, 2021.

Mike was a long-time member of New Hope Church of Christ on River Road. After graduating Bellevue High School in 1968, Mike worked as an engineer at Nashville Electric Service for many years. During his years of retirement, he spent time traveling and fishing with his dad. Mike was an avid golfer and loved growing tomatoes with his brother Kenny (aka, Beaver). He loved his nieces and nephews and granddaughter Avery.

Preceded in death by his father Claude E. Sadler, Jr and his mother Melba Ann Sadler, Mike is survived by his daughter Shannon Taylor (and granddaughter Avery); brothers Kenny (Michelle and niece Mia), Paul (Carla and nieces Kimberly, Melanie, and McKenzie) and Randy (Susan and nephew Brent and niece Blair).

Graveside services will be held at Harpeth Hills Memorial Gardens, 9090 Highway 100 in Nashville at 12:30 pm on April 28, 2021 and officiated by Pastor Dove Wilson of New Hope Church of Christ.
