Patricia Ann Flener Age 73 , passed away October 23, 2018 in Nashville, TN.
Ms. Flener was survived by her children, Michael Phillips (Lisa), Howard Phillips (Wanda), Fred Kyzer(Stella)& David Phillips. Sisters, Denise Black & Eileen Rednour. One brother James Black. 5 grandchildren and 4 great- grandchildren.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
