Known for her beautiful and memorable laugh and humor, Patricia was a beacon of joy and positivity. She embraced each day fully and lived with a remarkable spirit of encouragement, always finding a way to lift those around her. Her home—walls and desktops—was adorned with countless photographs of her beloved family: her children and grandchildren, who were the greatest sources of happiness in her life. Travel was one of Patricia’s great pleasures; she loved to be on the move, exploring new places and reconnecting with loved ones. She is survived by: Children Debbie Gregory (Preston), Tammy Haapasaari (Scott), John Neely (Lisa), Stephanie Horvath (Rick); Grandkids Clint Gregory, Jack Gregory, Luke Haapasaari, Michael Haapasaari, John Neely, Whitney Neely; Nephew Thomas Neely Jr (Janet); Niece Victoria Armstrong (Vaughn) Cousins Betty Hess, Bobby Keiter (Gloria), William Thomas Lee (Mary), John William Lee (Mary Easton). She was predeceased by: Rudy Neely (husband), Clinton and Hazel Lee (parents), Winfred "Junior" Hess (cousin Betty's husband) Jack and Helen Keiter (cousin and wife), Richard and Ellen Keiter (cousin and wife).

Family and friends are invited to gather and celebrate Patricia’s remarkable life during the visitation on March 19, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at West Harpeth Funeral Home located at 6962 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN. Her funeral service will be held the following day, March 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the same location, followed by interment at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens at 9090 TN-100, Nashville, TN, beginning at 12:30 PM.
