Patricia Moore Telford, age 85 of Nashville, TN, passed away on Monday, January 20, 2025. Preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Wade Telford and her son, Michael Telford. A member of Park Avenue Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for 40 years.
Survived by her grandson, Dustin Telford (Katie) and granddaughter, Micah Telford, brother Allen Moore (Dottie) of Orlando, Florida and 2 great-grandsons, Jaxon and Kash Telford.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 23, 2025, from 9:00AM until time of Service at 1:00PM at West Harpeth Funeral Home 6962 Charlotte Pike. Interment will follow service at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Lane.
In lieu of flowers, make donations to the Tennessee Baptist Children’s Home: P.O. Box 2206, Brentwood, TN 37024.
