Phillip D. Kelley- Age 51, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2015. He is preceded in death by father, Percy D. Kelley, Sr. Survived by daughters, Meghan Kelley and Emily Kelley; mother, Frances Kelley; sister, Jennifer (Tony) Petty; brothers, Percy (Cindy) Kelley and Patrick (DeAnna) Kelley; several nieces and nephew.
