Rebecca “Becky” Brown, 68, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Lucille Brown. She is survived by her sister, Pam Rodriguez (Orlando), niece, Jacqueline Rodriguez, nephew, Craig Brown (Heather), and three great-nephews, Cayden, Peyton and Tanner Brown. The family would like to thank not only Julia Hows for her dedication and care of Becky but also the staff at Green Hills Health and Rehab Center.
Becky, affectionately known as Bea to her family and close friends, was a woman whose warmth, humor, and love for life touched everyone who knew her. She found joy in the quiet moments of a good book, the steady rhythm of knitting, and the excitement of watching WWE Wrestling, especially cheering on her favorite, Roman Reigns.
She loved bringing people together, whether around a table filled with board games and card games or through the stories she so lovingly shared. Her storytelling was more than entertainment; it was her way of connecting, teaching, and passing along memories that will be treasured for generations. Time spent with family meant everything to her, and she made those moments special simply by being herself.
She loved God and was a steadfast Christian. She was a member at the previous 49th Avenue Church of Christ.
She will be remembered for her kind heart, her playful spirit, and the love she gave so freely. Her presence brought comfort and laughter, and her memory will continue to live on in the stories told, the games played, and the love shared by those who were blessed to know her.
